Q: What are your office hours?
A: Our professional and friendly office staff are available Monday through
Sunday, from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm US Central Time, to assist you with your travel
needs. For those calling after hours, there is an automated service that monitors
the phones, please leave a message, and our office staff will get back to you as
soon as possible. You may also use our Quote a Trip page
to send us your charter bus reservation request.
Q: Are reservations required?
A: Yes, reservations are required.
Q: How is a reservation made?
A: You have the option of making the reservation on-line on this website, or you can call us at (952) 985-8886,
and on of our office staff will take down your reservation over the phone.
An Invoice will be sent, prior to the trip, and payment is typically due before
the trip leaves.
Q: Do you have to call and re-confirm the reservation?
A: Once we have your charter bus reservation request, we will contact you
back to verify the information. Only if your travel plans change do you need
to call us back.
Q: What are the forms of payment accepted?
A: All forms of payments are accepted.
Q: How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
A: We will try to accommodate any reservation, however, we do recommend making reservations as soon as the need for a charter bus is known.
Q: How far will you take groups, and how long will it take?
A: We can take groups throughout the United States, Canada and parts of Mexico. Typically, with food, fuel, and other break stops,
it takes 8 to 10 hours to cover about 500 miles.
Q: Will we have the same driver for the entire trip?
A: If the trip takes less than 10 hours of driving per day, then
you will have the same driver for the entire trip. If the trip will take longer
than 10 hours of driving, per day, there may be 2 or more drivers who will be driving
for your trip. If a driver is unable to complete a trip, another highly qualified
driver will take their place.
Q: How do you compute how many miles a trip is?
A: We work with you to identify your itinerary, stops, and hotel(s).
Once everything is planned, we utilize MapQuest's Driving Directions and Google
Map's Driving Directions to come up with an estimate to the number of miles a trip
is. Additionally, our motor coaches are equiped with GPS Navigation Systems,
which assist our drivers in getting to your destination.
